In the Winning ODI Matches aggregating 5522 runs in 156 ODIs with the average of 51.60 including 3 smashing tons and 37 fifities.

Till now In 2011 Cricket World cup Yuvraj Singh is a Single Player to get 4th times Man of Match

Yuvraj Singh has World record of scoring the Century and taken 5 wickets in a single match of World cup.

Timing and power, and the ability to combine both qualities with devastating effect, is what makes Yuvraj Singh one of the most destructive batsmen in one-day internationals. He may have problems against quality swing and seam bowling, but on a subcontinent pitch, few batsmen can take the game away from an opponent quicker than Yuvraj. He's been a near-permanent fixture in India's squad since he debuted in 2000, and although his fielding skills have dropped after a knee injury suffered in late 2006, he also contributes by bowling canny left-arm spin. An irresistible sight when in form, Yuvraj also lifts the team with his aggression and camaraderie on the field.
Strengths
Makes playing a match-winning innings look effortless. Runs swiftly between wickets and possesses the ability to pace an innings, whether batting first of chasing, with precision. Safe catcher. After Winning the World cup Yuvraj Singh Said  : "It means the world to me. I have been part of the three World Cups. This is for the nation. Thank you very much, we love you. This cup is for the people & For Sachin Tendulkar" said Yuvraj.

arjun tendulkar under 14

Arjun Tendulkar, son of Indian batting great Sachin Tendulkar, has been selected for the Mumbai under-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy team after an all-round show in the Mumbai Cricket Association's Under-16 Payyade Trophy. (Wasim Akram Gives Bowling Classes to Arjun Tendulkar During IPL 2015)
Arjun, who has played for the Under-14 Mumbai side in the West Zone leg matches of the BCCI tournament, smashed an impressive century (106 off 156 balls) for his side, Sunil Gavaskar XI. (Sachin Tendulkar Says Son Arjun is Interested in Joining Indian Air Force)
On Day Two, the promising all-rounder shone with his left-arm medium pace and took four wickets for 73 runs against Rohit Sharma XI. The youngster then went on to score 40 runs for his team in the second innings. The Payyade Trophy serves as a selection trial for Under-16 cricketers in Mumbai.
With no less than super dad available to give batting tips, Arjun has received bowling advise from Pakistan great Wasim Akram. Arjun has also been seen in the nets with the England national side.

Another father-son combination in Indian cricket?

Indian cricket has not been a stranger to father and son combinations. The most successful father-son combination is probably Lala Amarnath and his sons, Mohinder and Surinder Amarnath. While Lala Amarnath etched his name in the annals of sporting history by becoming the first Indian cricketer to score a Test century, Mohinder Amarnath was Man of the Series in India’s 1983 World Cup title. Surinder Amarnath also represented India at the national level and was a prolific batsman at the first-class level. On a bit of a dampener though, there is also the case of the Gavaskars – Rohan Gavaskar could never really come out of the massive shadow of his father, the original Little Master Sunil Gavaskar, something that both Samit Dravid and Arjun Tendulkar should be wary of.

But back to Samit Dravid. This nine-year old right-handed batsman has been making waves with his performances for his school, Mallya Aditi International School. This bespectacled youngster hit a crucial 77 in the final of the U-12 Inter-School Gopalan Cricket Challenge Cup in Bengaluru to take his school to the title. But that was not a one-off. Samit Dravid has been an epitome of consistency (dare we say it, just like his dad).  In the matches preceding the final, Dravid Jr hit two half-centuries both in match-winning performances and deservedly got the “Best Batsman” award in the U-12 category.

Big shoes to fill

Another rising star is Arjun Tendulkar. His father might have had every shot in the book, but Arjun looks to be taking a different route. A video during the Ashes showed Arjun Tendulkar bowling against the English batsmen in the nets. Unlike his father though, Arjun Tendulkar bowled left-arm fast with a smooth run-up. He’s already impressed none other than Wasim Akram who, in an interview during the Indian Premier League, labelled him a “passionate kid” and gave him tips on how take the ball away from right-handers. And don’t think he’s a mug with the bat either – he scored 118 off just 42 balls for his school in a school cricket tournament, recently.

Of course, this is just the start of their career and there’s a long way ahead. But cricket fans are a romantic lot, prone to get nostalgic – especially if Samit Dravid puts his front foot down and plays one of those textbook cover drives.

australian open

The Australian Open is a major tennis tournament held annually over the last fortnight of January in Melbourne, Australia. First held in 1905, the tournament is chronologically the first of the four Grand Slam tennis events of the year – the other three being the French Open, Wimbledon, and the US Open. It features men's and women's singles; men's, women's, and mixed doubles and junior's championships; as well as wheelchair, legends and exhibition events. Prior to 1988 the tournament had been played on grass. Since 1988 two types of hardcourt surfaces have been used at Melbourne Park – green Rebound Ace to 2007 and blue Plexicushion from 2008.

The first tournaments of the Australasian Championships suffered from the competition of the other Australasian tournaments. Before 1905, all Australian States and New Zealand had their own championships, the first organised in 1880 in Melbourne and called the Championship of the Colony of Victoria (later the Championship of Victoria). In those years, the best two players – Australian Norman Brookes (whose name is now written on the men's singles cup) and New Zealander Anthony Wilding – almost did not play this tournament. Brookes came once and won in 1911, and Wilding entered and won the competition twice (1906 and 1909). Their meetings in the Victorian Championships (or at Wimbledon) helped to determine the best Australasian players. Even when the Australasian Championships were held in Hastings, New Zealand, in 1912, Wilding, though three times Wimbledon champion, did not come back to his home country. It was a recurring problem for all players of the era. Brookes went to Europe only three times, where he reached the Wimbledon Challenge Round once and then won Wimbledon twice. Thus, many players had never played the Austral(as)ian amateur or open championships: the Doherty brothers, William Larned, Maurice McLoughlin, Beals Wright, Bill Johnston, Bill Tilden, René Lacoste, Henri Cochet, Bobby Riggs, Jack Kramer, Ted Schroeder, Pancho Gonzales, Budge Patty, Manuel Santana, Jan KodeÅ¡ and others, while Brookes, Ellsworth Vines, Jaroslav Drobný, Manuel Orantes, Ilie Năstase at 35 years old, and Björn Borg came just once.

india vs pakistan cricket rivals - take a glance

The first ever test match between India and Pakistan was played at Delhi from 16–19 October 1952. It was a four-day test, India required just three days to beat Pakistan by an innings and 70 runs. India won the 5-match series 2–1. The following two test series of 5 tests each were draws. Pakistan's first series win against India came after 26 years, in the 1978–79 series.
India has always beaten Pakistan in World Cup clashes. Pakistan leads India in the number of wins in Tests (12–9) and One Day Internationals (72–51) While India leads Pakistan in T20s (4-1).
India has continued its World Cup winning streak by beating Pakistan in their 2015 World Cup Match on 15 February 2015 by 76 runs. India leads Pakistan 22-12 in Major World Level/ Tournament matches mainly due to the 10-0 margin in World Cup matches be it 50 over or T20 World Cups.India dominates Pakistan once again in the International/ World Level Trophy wins 13-6, Pakistan similarly outperforms India 13-5 in other ICC held events. Pakistan lead India by a margin of 51-28 in matches played at India,Pakistan and Sharjah. India have a small advantage over Pakistan 23-21 in matches played at other neutral venues spread over Australia, England, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and South Africa.

 Why this rivalry???

The partition of British India in 1947 that led to the creation of an independent India and Pakistan was characterised by intense and bloody conflict between Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs that left one million people dead. An estimated ten million people migrated to the nation of their choice. The bloody legacy of the partition and the subsequent emergence of territorial disputes and wars being fought over them have all added to the growth of intense rivalries in field hockey, association football but especially in cricket, which had been developed during British colonial rule and is the most popular sport in both nations. Many of the players in the first post-independence teams of India and Pakistan had played together as team-mates in regional and local tournaments.
Pakistan became a permanent member of the International Cricket Council in 1948, and their tour of India was their first in Test cricket history. They lost the first Test in Delhi to India, but won the second Test in Lucknow, which led to an angry reaction from the home crowd against the Indian players. India clinched the Test series after winning the third Test in Bombay, but the intense pressure affected the players of both teams to the point that they pursued mainly defensive tactics that led to drawn matches and whole series without a victor. When India toured Pakistan in 1955, thousands of Indian fans were granted visas to go to the Pakistani city of Lahore to watch the Test match. But both the 1955 series and Pakistan's tour of India in 1961 ended in a drawn series with no test yielding a winner or loser. Complaints about the fairness of umpires also became routine.
